Quick, Easy Online Developmental Screening

Parents complete the Child Development Review screening tool online and then the professional discusses the results with them at their next appointment. At the visit, parents receive a Child Development Chart, with their child’s development in five areas - social, self-help, gross motor, fine motor, and language. The professional's results page identifies the child’s development as “typical for age,” “borderline” or “delayed,” in each area. The report also lists the parent's concerns and questions and the child's possible problems.

Using this standardized tool
helps the parent and professional focus systematically on the child's development, including strengths and possible problems.
